Babu Tanneru's career began where most careers in India begin — with engineering. After completing his B.Tech from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology , he moved into the corporate world as a Junior Manager at Maco Corporation, navigating international trade and industrial equipment across India and abroad.

The next chapter was academia. Babu joined MLR Institute of Technology, Hyderabad as a faculty member — and over the years, rose to become Head of Department. He gave his students everything the curriculum demanded: technical knowledge, project management skills, communication training, and examination preparation.

And then he noticed something that changed everything. Students were graduating, getting placed in good companies — and coming back months or years later, confused, unfulfilled, and stuck. Not because they lacked technical skills. But because they had never been helped to understand themselves before choosing a career. They followed marks, followed parents, followed peers — and arrived in professional environments that fought against their natural intelligence.

Through his work with IUCEE — the Indo-US Collaboration for Engineering Education , Babu visited over 250 engineering colleges across India, training more than 1,000 lecturers. He was seeing this pattern everywhere, at scale: brilliant graduates with no map of themselves, entering careers by default rather than by design.

Simultaneously, Babu was building a parallel expertise. He was getting certified in life coaching, NLP, counselling, and transformation facilitation. He was studying the work of Abraham Maslow, Howard Gardner, Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Ken Honda, and Louise Hay . He was learning what science was now confirming: that 95–99% of human life is run by the Subconscious mind — and it can be deliberately reprogrammed.

In December 2020, he made the decision that changed everything. He left his position as Head of Department and founded Eminence Management and Training Consultancy — committing himself fully to the work of helping people discover their potential and rise through every level of Maslow's Hierarchy.

His framework was clear: career is the primary vehicle for climbing Maslow's pyramid. A career aligned with your natural intelligence meets your physiological and safety needs at the base — and, when developed through all five stages, leads all the way to self-actualisation at the top.

Since then, Babu has worked with solo entrepreneurs, HR professionals, corporate teams, students, homemakers, and individuals at every stage of life — running 12 distinct programs that use activities, games, and experiential exercises to ensure concepts are retained and transformation is real. He has personally impacted over 10,000 lives across India.
